After my husband's purchase of a 1 ton, I visited/called Ben Welch and Tim Rogers many times, trying to get into a new pick up truck. They easily tolerated my many messages and always responded. They finally got me into a 2013 1500 yesterday!! Over the past weekend, Frank was wonderful in researching and providing info about my new truck. We have purchased two trucks from Ben at Pape in the past 6 months. It is always the first and last place we visit!! Thank you.

Came in for ABS brake module failure...
Came in for ABS brake module failure again. (2nd time in 14 months) Parts ans labor were pricy. But we chose to keep our truck. Brakes are good but still sounds like ASB is kicking in. Same problem as before ABS module failed. Happy with the service.

Service is OK at this dealership, but...
Service is OK at this dealership, but vehicle was not ready when promised, and an issue with noise in my front axel while turning was not completed. The service manager is checking on various potential issues and didn't charge me yet for the LOF and tire rotation so that's a plus, but I think it's because he wanted to keep the service order open. I don't know what it is about this dealership, but I just don't feel comfortable with their approach to service, information, and clarity in approach.
