Everything was great as usual - I have never had a bad experience with Pape Chevrolet.

We have been chasing an issue in the front end of my truck. A noise that as the owner was annoying. After a couple of appointments you able to narrow down the cause which was a bearing in the front right.

Scheduled appointment for a routine oil change -- Brought car in and received call that battery was failing--- (i have to admit I thought something may be going on as when i went to start it before going it - it didn't start right up, but i thought i just didn't turn key all the way). I was able to get a new battery. I now feel better about taking a road trip without worrying about getting stuck. Michael and his team always take care of their customers. It is like having an extended family.

I had to special order the new Tahoe, but Ben Welch was great about getting me what I wanted, and keeping me up to date on the schedule. The F&I department was very efficient, and i was out in no time. All were great, very friendly and efficient, including the owner who made a point of coming to me to thank me for my business!
