Great service

Everyone was great, but what happened to vehicles getting vacuumed out every time one was dropped off for service? More and more little things are slipping through the cracks when it comes to customer service.

Pape is the only dealership in Maine that I will do business with. From purchases with Ben Welch to the guys in service, Chris and Andrew and their team, Pape meets all my needs and the service is great. Thank you Pape for another great experience!

I���m grateful for Pape. Buying a truck isn���t easy but it was at Pape. And it was fun because I got to build one. Turn around time was incredible!

2018 Equinox went in for routine service. We dropped it off the night before and it was done first thing in the morning. Mike Seeley called as soon as the car was ready for pickup and answered all of my questions concerning going into the winter season.

It was real good they work with me on the price on both of them had to dicker with them on the sticker price but they cam to my price I won���t on both of them

My required service was completed perfectly and on time.

The dealer could not have been more helpful. I needed a loaner and they took care of me. The repair was done earlier than promised.

Ed and the entire sales team was wonderful to work with; everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I was debating on switching to an EV and Ed took the time to fully explain the vehicle and answer all my questions. Once I decided on the car to purchase they worked to make sure I was able to get the car I wanted with the options included. I have always purchased my vehicle's at Pape since I first started driving for this reason and will continue to do so in the future.
