Friendly, prompt service as always!!

It was absolutely wonderful from the first call setting up my appointment until the the last call telling me my truck was ready!! Everyone was enthusiastic and pleasant to deal with in regards to my truck���s condition and the warranty covered everything!! Great staff!!!

I came specifically to look at the 2025 Trax in person. Ryan Curit at Pape Chevrolet in South Portland, ME has been extremely helpful through the process. He was friendly and professional. He answered all questions and even reached out after taking my new car home, asking if I had any questions and does not hesitate to answer. It happened to be raining when I went to get the car and he was stuck outside in it getting my old plates off my car that didn't want to budge without even a slight change in his attitude! Very nice person and a great salesman. He also didn't hesitate to help get my dash cam mounts off when I couldn't get them myself. I also got to meet Diane Saito while going through paperwork after getting approved through my bank. She was also very friendly and professional. She answered any questions I had over the warranty and was thorough going over everything. Thank you Ryan and Diane!

Just had a vehicle inspection done. I passed, no issues

On time service, waited only minutes and my truck was inside. Service writer and technician told me of an additional item I should have change. Even with an extra item I was done quicker then I thought. Excellent service like always.

Although I could see there were multiple workorders laid out on the service reps desk, my appointment was still completed in 1 hour. They performed an oil change, changed air filter, rotated tires & relearned tpms, and addressed the tailgate switch recall. Waiting area is clean, convenient, comfortable and has free coffee! Only way to improve is to move the dealership closer to my house.

I visited the Pape Chevrolet Service Department to have my 2023 Equinox's routine service. This is a superior Service Department; its Members are very knowledgeable, personable and professional. They are the reason I drive 40 miles for service, when there are numerous other places near me. I highly recommend them for your service needs.

Excellent went in for LOF and she explained noise. They diagnosed issue and fixed That belt could have caused issues with her aggressive mileage but service team nailed it

I can���t say enough about our experience. From the moment we walked onto the lot we were greeted and treated wonderfully. The service team did a wonderful job on my Tahoe. Special shout out to Scot Curit - he is the BEST and bent over backwards to assist my family while our vehicle was being serviced. We originally bought our Tahoe through Scot and can't imagine going to anyone else when we are in the market for a new vehicle. He truly goes above and beyond in taking care of his customers!

Excellent professional service!

Ed was excellent from start to finish. Continued communication the entire time and still in contact after the sale. He gave us a great walk-thru of the building including the service department where we will be bringing the car for all it���s maintenance work.

They were able to get the car in the same day and out the next.

Everyone at Pape was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made it the easiest and most pleasurable car buying experience I���ve ever had.
