Did not honor the scheduled appointment time; very poor attitude displayed by service manager; surprised that he has that position. I felt that they overcharged me for the service (oil change), I will not be a repeat customer!
Service appointment went well. Ease to schedule, available appointments, order and delivery of parts within reasonable lead time. Service was completed within 4 hour timeframe. Friendly staff from start to finish. Thank you.
Got a NitrousOxide sensor replaced at a cost of 709 dollars and could tell that something was wrong with the power. Acceleration was weak. I have now experienced miles per gallon around 10 to 11 mpg. For the four years of hauling a 7000 pounds of a camper and get close to 12 mpg. I would get 20mpg without load. I would say mechanics have messed something up
Communication from the dealer service dept was very poor. A simple repair to the GPS took 3 days in the shop, wrong parts were ordered, and work was completed 2 days after promised. What’s worse is that I had to call them for updates, rather than them calling me. Unacceptable. And when I called, one guy said, well your service advisor is on a day off (like that should matter to me), and that it’s not his job to help me. In essence he said “not my job man”. Only after I pressed him hard for info did he decide to look into things for me. And then the answers were not in sinc with what I was promised the day before. Although the job was finally completed correctly, these guys gotta get their act together. Ordering wrappers, ugh. The idea that only my assigned service writer can provide info is great, and my guy is helpful. But when he is on a day off, the other guys simply didn’t seem to want to help.
Carmen was amazing and thorough.He made sure I received the exact vehicle that I wanted. He answered all of my questions promptly and kept me notified on when the trailblazer was going to (approximately) arrive. I will highly recommend Pape. Thank you Carmen Stephanie
All was great as usual. Very easy to make appointment. Had an issue with the shift and a switch that was needing replacing. It was thankfully covered by the warantee. Had to leave the car and had to utilize the shuttle service to get to work. Jim was a very nice driver and all went well witht that. Thank you to Mike, Adam and Jim!!
