Repair work was done professionally, and communication was excellent. I was alarmed and dismayed that the shuttle driver did not wear a mask, and refused to do so when asked, instead asking if I "still wanted a ride." I took the ride because I needed it, but was very disappointed that the dealership either approved of or countenanced this sort of behavior by its employee. TO be clear, this is not an employee problem--he has his way of seeing the world--but a dealership one, insofar as they have clearly failed to tell him that, personal views aside, that's just not how they handle things.
