We had the most stress-free process from the minute I requested more information regarding a vehicle. I was contacted via email, then via text (per my request)- spoke with Thomas to set up a test drive where we dealt with Tim. Everything was thoroughly explained and we were given space to test, discuss and come back to lease. I never felt pressured and I never felt ignored- I was directly regarded as the purchaser even with my husband along with me. That was noted and appreciated.
