I have to say that Scott is great. I really appreciate working with him. He made me feel at ease. I never felt pressured working with him. He took his time to discuss the Equinox EV with me over the many months making a decision, gave me his honest opinion and never sold me anything additional I didn���t need. Plus he was very transparent. The few other car dealers I have worked with in the past were always ���secretive��� with their operations but Scott told me as it is and what to expect. The only disappointing thing is with not getting the car I ordered. Not with you folks but no one seems to know what happened to my special order that was built and ready to ship in mid September. Scott found a very similar car and I am grateful how fast he made that happen. Jayne was great as well in finance. She made some offers but did not pressure me as well. I appreciate working with her as well.
