Good service as I asked for my radio to be updated on top of what was scheduled and they took care of it. The waiting area was clean and quiet. I was mailed a coupon to save money on my oil change which I brought to redeem.

I am always greeted as I am the most important client they have. The take time to listen to my issues and requests.

My initial appointment was for an oil change, tire rotation and sticker. I was unable to get a sticker and they skipped the tire rotation as there was a problem with the tires. there was a tire that used to loose air pressure in the cold weather and I had asked them to make sure it was topped off with air. The service rep approached me and asked me to come with him into the service area. While I was there he pointed out the problem with my tires , cracking in between the groves in between the treads! He called it dry rot and said it would not pass inspection as it was. Told me I needed 4 new tires. I asked him to do it, to which he said I do not stock tires and would have to order them. , and told me that I could go to a tire place and get it done then come back and get the sticked. Told him I would rather have Pape do it as I have been impressed by the service I have received there and trust them to give me a good deal. He came back with a estimate and I told him to get it done. Set the date for the 2nd of Feb as my sticker expired the end of Jan. Love the tires and the service I have received from your service dept.
