Marty Flaherty was wonderful to work with. He welcomed me in like a new friend. His tone is spot on just right. I walked away from 2 other dealerships because I didn’t feel that kind of welcome. Marty really took his time walking me through all of the features of my 2027 Equinox. I appreciate Pape and have been a loyal customer at the Subaru shop. Like it a lot, I will not change to other dealership.

I brought up to salesperson what interest rates my credit union had which were very competitive. He said he would check with their lenders and do what is best for me. That didn’t happen. Never discussed options prior to purchase. When it was time for delivery the rate wasn’t as good as I could get with my credit union. Ultimately I took delivery and will refinance. My time has value. Disappointed is as pleasant as I can make it in this context.

The service was excellent as always.
