My latest experience has been great. I got an engine warning light on my Chevy Bolt December 7 and made a service appointment for December 12 at 7am. The technician diagnosed battery trouble and ordered a new battery. It arrived on December 18. I took the car in the afternoon of the 18th, and the work was done on December 19. Great service!
