Confirmed Service Customer
Everything was straight forward and better than I have experienced at other places. The waiting area was spacious and I used one of the desk units. Typically, I use this waiting time to read more of my owner's manual. Then, if I have questions, I can ask someone. The web page says I can schedule online, but when I used my iPhone, it didn't work and when I was on a computer trying to schedule, there was a message to call the dealership, because the week was full. Not sure what was happening here.
