I was at the dealership for 2 1/2 hours, to put on winter tires. No one told me, until I asked, that this delay was caused by the technical breaking a valve stem. Also, I was charged $2 or so for a new valve stem. Recommend telling customers promptly if work will take longer than usual, plus not billing them for very inexpensive parts costs, especially when, even accidentally, the technician damaged a part.
