My latest experience has been great. I got an engine warning light on my Chevy Bolt December 7 and made a service appointment for December 12 at 7am. The technician diagnosed battery trouble and ordered a new battery. It arrived on December 18. I took the car in the afternoon of the 18th, and the work was done on December 19. Great service!

Had my truck in the body shop having work done from a dead tree falling on it at camp. Truck was ready for service Tom said he would make a note and get it done. Service and body shop worked great together. Wayne was helpful getting my rental car back.

Smooth process - In/out within 1 hour for an oil change and tire rotation. Only issue is that it took me about two weeks to get an appointment with Service. Seems kind of long to have to wait especially for a customer with a brand-new vehicle!

Got our truck back on the 11th. Everything went well. The truck repairs to the body and paint look awesome! Very happy with the service. Chris took care of the maintenance side and that also turned out great! This is why I always come back to Pape to get my service accomplished! I know it will be repaired right the first time!

My salesman Ryan C was great. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle. The financial woman, Jayne was also great. She explained all my payment options and was very patient and knowledgeable. The part that took the longest and was a tad frustrating for myself and Ryan was the ID process to get a healthcare rebate. That could definitely use some work. I was there over 1 hr just working on that and it still wasn’t resolved when I left. Other than that, everything was great.
